Does Natures Paradise Organics offer sales?



Yes, we do offer sales on a regular basis. The best way to find out about our sales is by joining our newsletter, facebook or instagram as we always give our subscribers and followers advance notice of sales.

Where is my Order?

We want you to have your products fresh as possible. Each day we are making fresh batches as needed per orders for the week. That way you get the freshest homemade skin care products possible. Many of our loyal customers love knowing there are getting something fresh.. It may take up to 1 weeks sometimes to get your product depending on the demand. It may take longer for special orders. We use USPS for shipping and always email a tracking number that you can track at www.usps.com.

Secure ordering & payment options



Our online store and merchant are Safe and Secure from any invaders and virus. This is why we use paypal. They have a long record for being safe, secure and private. We accept all major credit cards and paypal accounts. We can also accept emailed orders, we will send you a invoice for payment.

What about Returns & refunds?



We understand that online ordering can be difficult, not being able to use your senses to test the products. For this reason we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase for refund. Any returns made after 14 days will receive store credit in exchange. To return an item, you must contact us by email, giving all of the details such as Name, Invoice Number, Date of Purchase, the Reason for Return and if you are seeking a refund or exchange. Your refund will be given back the way it was received. We do not tolerate people who make large orders and return products frequently. We keep count of returns and reserve the right to deny a constant return.

Do you offer free samples?



We are sorry, but organic products are very expensive to make and our profit margin is much smaller then large chemical based companies. We do not have the funds for giving out valuable samples to everyone. We recommend you buy just one product and try it before purchasing larger quantities.

Do you test on Animals?



We are animal lovers and do not believe animals should undergo testing for any reason. For this we have never and will never test on animals nor purchase ingredients that were tested on animals. Another reason we do not support chemicals is because all chemicals are mandatory to undergo animal testing. We say NO to testing as well as NO to items that went through testing.

Do you use preservatives?



Yes, we do have natural, organic preservatives as well as antioxidants in all of our products to keep bacteria from forming. These ingredients are all listed in each of the products ingredient listing.  Our organic preservatives keep the products stable for 1-2  years. In many of the products it is the clarified lemon juice.

 

 

How do you charge shipping?



All of our shipping is calculated automatically through our store's usps app that is based on items weight and location to be delivered to. We do not control any of the shipping nor add a surcharge.

Are your ingredients fully listed?



Yes, each product has a listing of ingredients and absolutely all of our ingredients are listed for your knowledge. We have not left out any ingredients. We get a lot of questions about our Soaps since their are only 2 or 3 ingredients, but this is correct, we have found that for our soaps less is more
