Yes, at first my hair went through a detox just as all the reviews I read online said it would. My hair felt waxy or oily after the first use. I was worried it was going to stay that way. I also felt that it was the shampoo that was the problem. But I called you guys at Natures Paradise and you told me this is normal for at least the 1st week. I listened to you guys stuck to the product. I must say now my hair is great. It's crazy that our hair goes through a detox. It makes me ill when I think that the chemicals I used before was the cause for this. Now that I'm detoxed I hope to stay this way!! Thank You Natures Paradise for helping me through this.

To make is short I was wrong....I love the ingredients, but the shampoo left my hair feeling like I left stay in conditioner it it no matter how long I rinsed it out.

I made sure to try a second time, as I may have not been doing it right. No matter how much shampoo I dumped on my head I could not get it to later. I rinsed and rinsed, still with the same outcome. It took forever to dry it and once dry it was very course and weighed down. I could actually curl it with my finger and and the curl would stay.

Sorry, but I really tried :(

Nicole - My favorite product has to be the Baby Organic Moisturizing Lotion in Coconut! For the first year of my daughter's life we tried all sorts of lotions and they all irritated her skin. This is the only thing I'll use on her now and she's almost 4! I also use it on myself because it smells amazing and I take comfort in knowing it is free of harsh ingredients.

Helen - Diaper Cream is our favorite product. Once we discovered it, we never had to deal with diaper rash again. All natural, smells good, feels good!!! Using it again for our new #2 .

Melina-The Baby Organic coconut lotion! The whole family uses it! It smells amazing and Natures Paradise are the only products we know are completely chemical free and safe. We love u for that!!

Lisa -The baby shampoo because I know I am giving my child the best I can give by using your natural, organic products from your phenominal scores on the EWG's Skindeep site!

Andrew - In our house we use and love the baby organic baby shampoo. Does great for the kids skin and we know its good for their skin and bodies.

Tatania - i also love the baby organic shampoo! after many tires with other companies yours is the only one that didnt dry out my daughters skin!

Carla- The coconut lotion iz absolutley amazing!! my skin feels nourished and I smell yummy..

Iman - I love the organic coconut baby shampoo and body wash. It smells wonderful, it's totally natural and I can trust to put on my baby's skin. Thank you for an amazing product.

Ashley - I would have to say the Baby Organic Shea Butter Relief Cream is my favorite I use it to help with my eczema, and it is the best thing i have found so far, i keep a tube in my bag at all times.
I also enjoy the Organically CLEAN Coconut On-The-Go-Hand Spray Cleanser for bath time its Vanilla Sugar Foaming Body Wash all the way, crisp light scent and its easy to use and doesnt make the tub or shower slippery.
OrganicPro formula Gentle Detangler is an awesome product i keep stocked in the bathroom, my hair is 3ft long and tangles are an enemy of mine. i like to use it after i towel dry my hair for maximum workability
The multipurpose cleaner is another favorite, and safe with my animals around the house. I have a Bengal cat who is addicted to powerfully scented cleaners so much so that he will attack the bottles just to get a taste but with this he is calm and doesnt feel the need to test it himself which is a relief for my having to constantly worry about him or lock him up when i would clean was stressful and heartbreaking.

Tatania -I love cleaning w.the multipurpose cleaner. My house is sooo clean today and no harmful chemicals used!

Matthew - we enjoy using the baby shampoo. its great on our babys skin!

I was suprised to read the comment before mine about the Thickening Shampoo, I have been using this shampoo for almost 2 years now. Its my favorite shampoo and it lathers very well for me, maybe that customer got a bottle that was defective because I get a full head of lather and my hair feels clean and thick after each wash. I do have to use another brand conditioner sometimes if I had styled my hair with product because it easily tangles being so fine and the detangler is not enough for me. But I have not had any problem with the shampoo. I love it. Maybe you should send that customer a new bottle because I think she may have gotten a bad bottle to hate it as much as she did. I just want to let your readers know that I personally love the Thickening Shampoo. Thank you for the great products.

We LOVE the Coconut and Pomegranate Hand Wash, all of my guest cant stop talking about how wonderful the scent is and then on top of that its a safe product. The smell is lovely, and it works well with my old chemically based shampoos (I just finished using up the last bottle) that strip my hair of moisture. Even with the moisturizing natural shampoos, it is great for extra moisture and especially for detangling before I comb my hair. And, I got a huge compliment from my mom on the scent of my hair (that was all you!). I know that my nose preferences have changed since switching to natural products, so I was really happy to hear that this natural scent is one that is universally lovely!! I haven't used your shampoo yet but look forward to doing so. I just got done using the vanilla sugar body wash and I must RAVE ABOUT IT! I had a patch of eczema behind my knee that felt really rough and I believe I got it because of the body wash I was using before. Something in it must have caught my skin off guard. Needless to say after using your body wash it is gone. Completely. No rough patch, no eczema visible. I will be a continuous customer! Not only that but your customer service is great, fast response and great satisfaction with any errors which were fixed. I hope the business is staying for the long run.

Another one I would really LOVE to buy is a crispy apple scent. Bath and Body Works' Country Apple was the only scent I used to get but now that I've switched to organics, I haven't found anything close to it! You guys are my #1 organic company and I would absolutely love to see an apple scent get added to your line.

I have been using your Giovane Italy products for a year now, I cant believe the difference in my skin. I love the cleanser and toner. I was originally using the serum but just switched over to your new Active Vitamin Moisturizer and wow I love it, it keeps my skin looking young and dewy absorbing quickly and leaving my skin so super soft, it has also helped clear up the little bit of acne that I was getting. I liked your serum but when I used it to much I would get minor break outs because I am so oily skinned. But not with the moisturizer its really cleared my skin.
