What is the difference between Raw Unrefined and Organic?
An Organic ingredient is a Raw item that has been Certified. So the quality of ingredient is no different, both are grown the same and handled the same. An ingredient goes from being called Raw to Organic only by a certified paper. So when we use Raw and Unrefined Ingredients we are using Organic Ingredients except without the paper to certify it under the Organic Label.
The definition for Organic in the USDA National Organic Program is... A Raw product grown without the use of chemicals and pesticides, a Raw item that is processed without additives, heat or chemicals. These Raw items are then Certified and labeled Organic.
We use to purchase the Organic ingredients at almost double the price due to its certification. However, to lower our cost but still provide the same top quality product we have now switched out some of the higher cost ingredients to Raw. Most ingredients come from the same organic suppliers that we have used for years, however buying their ingredient as Raw and not as Organic means they will not have to pay a percentage of the sales to the Certifying Agent. Saving those fees allows our suppliers to drop the price for the EXACT same ingredient. We then roll the savings to our consumers.

Are ALL your products made in the USA?
Yes ALL of our products are made in our own facilities in California USA. We do not outsource and have any other company make ANY of our products.
Is Apple Cider Vinegar safe for the skin?
Yes, Apples are full of vitamins and antioxidants which help maintain a healthy body through drinking internally as well it helps the skin maintain a healthy appearance. Research and tradition has shown that the vinegar from apples has many healing abilities to the skin as well. Repairing damaged skin, hydrating dry skin and helping in keeping the PH of soaps lower for the health of the skin. As well as leaving the skin feeling soft and the hair shiny. Our Apple Cider Vinegar is used in small diluted amounts to keep it as gentle to the skin as possible while allowing the great properties enhance the skin health.
My soap turned a brownish color, is this normal?
Yes, this is perfectly normal, since we do not add chemicals to preserve the color, all of our soaps will darken with age. This is a natural process and is normal. With the change of temperature and light exposure organic ingredients change in color but are still safe and stable. They are not bad, our soaps have a one year shelf life and you can find this date on the back above the bar code to ensure your soap is still OK to use. Each product will change differently as the ingredients and scents are from different plants. Some turn a brownish color while others are cream or pink.
Do you offer free samples before I buy your products?
We are sorry, but organic products are very expensive to make and our profit margin is much smaller then large chemical based companies. We do not have the funds for giving out valuable samples to everyone. We recommend you buy just one product and try it before purchasing larger quantities.
Are your ingredients Refined?
No, all of our ingredients are raw and unrefined to maintian all of the vitamins and nutrients.
Do you give discounts on larger orders?
We only discount retail orders. You must have a retailers seller permit to be taxed exempt.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan. No animal ingredients or testing
I see that you have water in your products, do you have a preservative so no bacteria can grow?
Yes, we do have natural, organic preservatives as well as antioxidants in all of our products to keep bacteria from forming. These ingredients are all listed in each of the products ingredient listing. Our organic preservatives keep the products stable for 1-2 years.
I'm very sensitive to fragrance, are your scents fragrance or chemical based?
No, Our fragrances are all naturally derived from fresh organic fruits. There is no chemical or synthetic fragrance at all
My babies skin is sensitive, Will your products give my baby a rash?
We have used the most gentle ingredients in all of our products. However each child's skin is different. The majority of babies do great with all of our products. Yet their is a small percent whom are sensitive to Coconuts and for those our Unscented works great, those with the most sensitive of skin have had great results from our unscented.
Are the adult products safe to use on children?
Yes, all of our products baby or adult are made with only Natural and Organic ingredients and have been developed to fit within food standards. Meaning all of our products are gentle and safe. Safe enough to eat, although NOT RECOMMENDED.
What is Palm Stearin? is it a chemical?
No, Palm stearin is not a chemical it is a powder that is naturally derived from Organic Palm and is rich in antioxidants which help maintain PH balance and keep the skin healthy eliminating free radicals.
What is Clarified Lemon Juice?
Clarified Lemon juice is diluted concentrated juice, the Juice has been filtered to remove pulp and diluted with water to make it more gentle for the skin.
Do you offer money back guarantees?
We do offer a money back guarantee. However we will not accept a return of large quantities of the same item, example: you try a new product and purchase 4 of the same product that you have never tried, we will not refund all 4 only 1, we recommend you purchase only one for your first initial order to see if the product is right for you before purchasing large amounts of the same item. You must first call or email for approval of the return. You must return the product within 14 days of receiving. Are the ingredients on your website the full list of ingredients?
Yes, each product has a listing of ingredients and absolutely all of our ingredients are listed for your knowledge. We have not left out any ingredients. We get a lot of questions about our Soaps since their are only 2 or 3 ingredients, but this is correct, we have found that for our soaps less is more
What's Wrong With CHEMICALS?
All chemicals are required to be tested on animals and all have strict restrictions and warnings provided by the government. Most chemicals if not handled correctly can cause serious damage to the skin and some eternal damages as well. What does ORGANIC mean?
Organic products mean that the organic ingredients are 100% beneficial, no synthetic chemicals are used, the products is cruelty free, no pesticides or herbicides were used, no GMO meaning "No Genetically Modified Organisms" and are all cold formulated which insures the process keeps the ingredients in their original fresh state. All of these mean a better, more beneficial and safer product for your delicate skin.
WHY do other products use CHEMICALS ?
The reason why companies use these chemicals is because these chemicals are extremely inexpensive. These companies save money and profit by using synthetic chemicals instead of Organic ingredients. Natural and Organic products cost double to triple the amount. Which is why Organic products are sold for more than the chemical based products. They sacrifice health and safety for profit.
What is the difference between the original baby shampoo and the conditioning baby shampoo?
The difference is the Original does not have any moisturizing or conditioning properties. It would be considered a traditional soap. The Conditioning formula is enriched with Sunflower oil and apple cider which help condition the hair and moisturize the skin. We recommend our Conditioning formula since it will not strip the oils from babies scalp or skin. It is safer then the original formula. The only reason we still offer the original is due to the high demand some loyal consumers have for that product.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes, being that all of our products are made with Pure Natural and Organic ingredients they are very safe to use during pregnancy. The only line we would not recommend is the Lavender Line since it is made with an essential oil which could be to strong in therapeutic properties during pregnancy.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping cost is automatically determined by USPS and FEDEX through our online store, we do not have set shipping charges. You may make a pretend order online and find out the shipping cost, before entering credit card information. Then cancel if you do not wish to continue.
